Recipe of smoothie

Ingredients.

1. Banana - 2 ( cut into pieces)

2. Dates - 8

3. chilled milk - 1 glass or as required

4. sugar - 1/2 tablespoon

5. almonds( saoked for 1 hour & peel of their skins) - 5-8


Directions

1. In a jar add all ingredients and blend until smoothy and frothy.

2. serve in glasses.
