restaurant style sirka pyaz at home
Make restaurant style sirca pyaz(onion) easily at home
we loved sirca pyaz in restaurants and want to eat at home also so this recipe is for those peoples who loved sirca pyaz
Prep.time - 24 hrs
cook time - 5 mins.
serves - 4
Ingredients
1. beetroot( grated or sliced) - 1
2. salt - 1 tablespoon
3. sugar - 1/2 tablespoon
4. green cardamom - 4
5. black cardamom - 2
6. cloves - 4
7. black pepper - 6
8. cinnamon stick - 2 inch
9. white vinegar - 1/2 tea cup
10. baby onions - 7-8
11. water - 1 glass
Directions
1. take a pan add all ingredients and add 1 glass of water
2. Boil it until water becomes half.
3. when it boiled switch of the flame and cover pan with lid and keep aside until it becomes cold
4. Take a small jar and add baby onions in it
5. now add vinegar and beetroot boiled water in it( strain the beetroot water with strainer)
6. keep the sirca onion for 24 hrs
7. serve it after 24 hrs with any dish
