1. GINGER


Ingredients.


  • grated ginger - 5 tablespoon
  • jaggery - 1 tea cup



directions.


  • heat the pan and add 2 cup water nd boil
  • now add jaggery n saute for 1 min

  • now add grated ginger and cook until mixture become thick

Ingredients.

  • water  - 1 glass
  • turmeric - 1/2 tablespoon
  • honey - 1/2 tablespoon
  • black pepper - 1/2 tableapoon


Directions.

add all ingredient in boling water and boil for 2 mins.

  • garlic cloves - 4
