Aloo n matar(green peas) recipe

How to make aloo matar recipe in different way

cook time- 20 mins.

Ingredients

1. green peas(matar) 500 gm.
(boiled n grinded in a mixture )
    
2. 3 boiled potatoes(crushed)

3. onion paste of 4 onions

4. 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder

5. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala

6. 1/3 red chilli powder 

7. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

8. salt as per your taste.

9. mustard oil.


Directions to make

1. heat the pan n add 2 big tablespoon oil . 

2.add onion paste and saute till golden brown or oil seperates from it.

3. add all dry spices (masales) n mix it well n saute for 3 mins

4. Now add green peas paste and saute for 2 mins.

5. Add boiled crushed potatoes n saute for 1 min.

6. Now add 2 cup water n boil on low flame for 5 mins. to make a thick gravy.

                                      Your different aloo matar recipe is ready to serve n garnish this delicious dish with amul fresh cream.If you serve this dish with rice you enjoy it make again n again.
