paneer butter masala recipe

How to make restaurant style  mouthwatering paneer butter masala easily at home

prep.time-15 mins
cook time -20 mins.
serves-4

Ingredients.

1. paneer 250 gm 
 (cut in cubes)

2. AMUL butter-10 gm

3. AMUL fresh cream-100 ml

4. red chilli dry-1

5. cinnamon (dalchini) stick- 1 inch

6. cloves-5

7. bay leaves-2

8. ginger garlic paste -1 tablespoon

9.onions-4  (chopped)

10. tomatoes-6 (chopped)

11. coriander powder-1 tablespoon 

12. garam masala-1 tablespoon

13. kasuri methi-1 n half tablespoon 

14. refined oil or you may use olive oil

15. salt as per taste

16. red chilli powder 
      ( for colour -kasmiri red chilli powder n for taste simple red chilli powder)      
                                               (  Note-you may use spices of MDH/GOLDI)

Directions 

1. heat the pan n add two tablespoon butter and two tablespoon oil

2. add all whole spices and chopped onion  n ginger garlic paste in it n saute for 3 mins. or till onion become light brown

3. add  coriander powder and add 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder n saute

4. Now add chopped tomatoes  n mix it well n cook till oil seperates from it and turn off the gas 

5. remove the whole spices(bay lef, cinnamin stick ,redchilli,cloves) and put the mixture in the jar and grind it to make a smooth paste

6. Now again heat the same pan and add 4 tablespoon butter n 2 tablespoon oil in it

7. Add 1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder in it for a colour and add a smooth puree in it n mix it well 

8. Now add water as required to make thick gravy n boil for 1 min. on low flame 

9. Now add garam masala n salt as per your taste n kasuri methi 

10. Now finally add paneer cubes  n cream n boil for 2 mins

                                                           garnish the delicious n mouthwatering  dish with amul fresh cream and serve with naan roti or laccha paratha or simple paratha.....
