How to make delicious restaurant style kofte at home
1- hello everyone I know sometimes you r excited to make something special for your guest with your own hands but sometimes you never know the cooking rules to make delicious recipes at home and for this lack of knowledge you order food from outside.

3 - for these yummy kofte we need a pan or kadai 1 guord(lauki),150 gm paneer,2 chopped onionns n also paste of 4 onions grind in a jar,mustard oil n spices.,gram flour.
4 - peel of the guord(lauki) n grate with kaddukas n squeeze whole water of guord n keep that guord water aside now also grate the paneer and mix the grated guard n paneer n also add in them a chopped onion n half tablesoon or according to your taste red chilli powder,1 tablespoon coriander powder,half tablespoon garam masala,and salt as per your taste and 3 tablespoon gram flour(besan)
now mix them perfectly n make small balls of this mixture .
5 - now heat the pan n put 3 cup oil in the pan to fry the guord paneer balls n fry them till golden brown n keep aside these balls.
6 - now we prepare a gravy for these balls so heat the same pan again and the oil which r left arter frying balls remove some oil from that and put them only 6 tableapoon in it ,when the oil is heated add onion n ginger garlic paste in it n fry till it seperates the oil .
7 - when oil seprates add 2 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder,half tabl;espoon of red chilli powder,half tablespoon of garam masala,n salt as per your taste n mix it well
8 - now add 2 glass of water or you also added that water which you squezeed from lauki or guord(as per your chioce) and boil it for 10 min.
9 - when the gravy boils add the the guord paneer balls in it n boil for 5 mins at low flame.
10 - now switch off the gas n garnish with coriander leaves.
11 - now your decilious kofte made by your own hands r ready to serve in front of your guest n enjoy the meal with good compliments......
