Shahi mushroom recipe
How to make delicious shahi mushroom dish at home
Enjoy this SHAHI DISH with your SHAHI PERSONS ( your family) at your SHAHI PLACE(your home)................
prep. time-10 mins.
cook time -20 mins.
serves -5
Ingredients.
1. fresh button mushroom(250 gm.)
cut into pieces
2. 4 medium sized onions (grinded)
3. 3 medium sized tomatoes(grinded)
4. khoya (250 gm.)
5. 1/2 tabespoon red chilli powder
6. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
7. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
8. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
9. salt as per taste
10. mustard oil.
11. coriander leaves for garnish.
Directions
1. heat the pan and add oil in it for deep frying the button mushroom pieces.
2. fry them till light brown n and when they fried keep aside.
3. Now left 3 big tablespoon oil in pan n remove extra oil after frying .
4. Add onion paste and saute till golden brown.
5. Now add tomatoes paste and saute for 2 mins.
6. Now add all dry dry spices except salt n n cool till oil seperates.
7. Now add khoya n mix well in it nsaute for 5 mins.
8. Now add deep fried mushrooms n saute for 1min.
9. Now add 1 cup water to make thick garvy n salt also.
10. Cook 10 mins on a low flame.
11. Now switch off the gas and serve the shahi mushroom in a bowl n garnish with coriander leaves.
serve this dish with parathas it tastes become two times..
