Ingredients.
1. paneer( cut into cubes ) - 250 gm
2. black gram ( kabuli chana ) - 2 tea cup boiled
3. capsicum( shimla mirch ) - 2 medium size
4. onion paste - of 4 onions
5. tomato paste - of 3 tomatoes
6. ginger garlic paste ; 1 tablespoon
7. turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
8. red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon or to taste
9. coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
10. garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon
11. cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
12. oil (mustard /olive ) - 3 big tablespoon
13. coriander leaves for garnish
14. paneer masala - 1/2 tablspoon
Directions.
1. Heat the and add oil in it
2. Add cumin seeds and allow to crakle
3. Now add onion and ginger garlic paste n saute and cook until oil seperates or onion become golden brown
4. Now add tomato paste n saute for 1 min
5. Now add all spices n saute for 2 mins.
6. Now add capsicum and cook for 4 mins.
7. Now add black grams and paneer n saute
8. Now add 2 cup water or as required to make thick garvy and cook for 10 mins. on mesium flame
9. Now add paneer masala n switch off the flame
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
New recipe of paneer is ready to serve with plain roti,rice,and salad......
