quick homemade achari(pickle) masala recipe

At home how to make pickle(achari) masala for achari dishes or for any type of pickles
              
                    Achari(pickle) masala has its own importance in indian homes kitchen.Its a mixture of whole indian spices,it is used for pickle purposes and also used in achari dishes like achari bhindi,achari paneer,achari aloo etc. when it adds in any recipe it gives taste of pickle.....


prep.time - 10 mins.


Ingredients.

1. fennel seeds( saunf) - 1 tea cup

2. coriander seeds - 1/2 tea cup

3. fenugreek seeds(methi) - 1/4 tea cup

4. onion seeds( kalaunji) - 1/2 tea cup

5. mustard seeds - 3/4 tea cup

6. cumin seeds - 1/2 tea cup

7. salt - 3/4 tea cup

8. dry red chillies - 16

9. turmeric powder - 4 tablespoon

10. aseoftida(hing) - 1/2 tablespoon

11. amchur powder - 1/2 tea cup


Directions.

1. Heat the pan and add dry red chilli,fennel seeds,coriander seeds,onion seeds,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds till light golden brown or the fragnance of spices comes.

2. cool for 5 mins.

3. Now blend the roasted spices with rest of the spices.

5. keep it in air tight container.

              instantly you used this achari masala for dishes......
