Easy and healthy fruit dessert


                fruits are good source of vitamins and minerals,eating fruit daily is good for make a life healthy.In nature we found different types of fruits and all have their own nutritional values and have many health benefits. 
they improve digestions.
citrus fruits like orange good for hairs and eyes.
reduces inflammation and prevent diseases.

RECIPE OF FRUIT BALL


prep.time- 15 mins.
cook time - 20 mins.
serves - 4


Ingredients.

1. bread slices - 10

2. milk - 1/2 litre

3. sugar - 15 tablespoon

4. custard powder - 2 tablespoon

5.apple,mango,banana,kiwi,grapes..etc.)     chopped - 4 cups

6. milk ( for do bread wets) - 1 cup


Directions.

1. heat the pan and add milk for boiling

2. Take 1/2 cup col milk and mix custard powder without lumps.and add 6 tablespoon sugar in it.

3. when milk start boiling add custard mixture and stir continuosly nd boil for 2 mins.

4. Now switch off the flame and keep aside the custard

5. Take 1 cup milk and add 2 tablespoon sugar nd mix it well

6. In chopped also add sugar and mix it well.

7. Take bread slice and dip in cold mik and squeeze it and put 1 or 2 tablespoon chopped fruits and make a ball with hands.

8. Make all balls as it is.

9. put the balls in serving bowl or plate and pour chilled custard over balls.

10. garnish with chopped fruits or with dry fruits and serve chilled...
