Make delicious egg curry for vegetarian peoples

Ingredients.

1. paneer(grated) - 500 gm

2. food colour (yellow) - 1/2 tablespoon

3. onion paste - of 4 onions

4. tomato paste - of 3 tomatoes

5. ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

6. cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon

7. turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon

8. red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon

9. coriander powder - 1 tablespoon

10. garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon

11. oil

12. coriander leaves  for garnish


Directions for making egg

1. grated the paneer and divide into twelve equal big balls and remain some grated paneer aside 






2. the paneer keep aside mix it food colour in it and make 12 equal small balls of it



3. take big ball and flatten it and put small yellow ball on it and gave a shape of egg




4. make all remaining as it is 

5. heat the pan and add oil in it for deep frying the paneer eggs


6. add paneer eggs and deep fry until golden brown on high flame


Directions for gravy


1. take small bowl and add turmeric,red chilli,coriander,garam masala and 1 cup water and keep aside for 5 mins

2. Now heat the pan and add oil in it

3. Now add onion and ginger garlic paste and fry until golden brown

4. now add tomato paste and saute for 2 mins.

5. now add pre wet masala of bowl and cook for 5 mins or until oil seperates

6. now add water upto 2 glass to make medium consistency of gravy

7. boil for 3 min and add 1 tablespoon salt or as per taste

8. now add fry paneer eggs and cook it for 10 mins on medium flame

9. switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
