Ingredients.
1. Leftover fried potatoes - 1 bowl
2. chopped tomatoes - 2
3. chopped green chillies - 2
4. turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
5. red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
6. coriander and garam masala -1/2 tablespoon
7. salt - 1/2 tablespoon
8. cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
9. oil - 2 big tablespoon
10. coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon for garnish
Directions
1. heat the pan and add cumin seeds and allow to crackle
2. add tomato and green chillies and saute for 1 min
3. Add turmeric powder nd cook for 30 secs.
4. add all spices and saute it
5. add 1 tablespoon clarified butter for extra taste
6. add leftover fried potatoes nd mix it
7. add water and cook for 3 mins.
8. Now switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
