Step by step with photos making shahi paneer at home in restaurants style



                        we can make different recipes of paneer,in that shahi paneer is very famous.it has creamy gravy with paneer cubes.

prep. time - 15 mins.
cook time - 20 mins.
serves - 5

Ingredients 

1. paneer ( cut into cubes) - 500 gm

2. diced onion - 4

3. diced tomatoes - 6

4. ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

5. green cardamom - 4

6. black pepper whole - 8

7. cinnamon stick - 1

8. cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon

9. coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon

10. red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon

11. turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon

12. green chilli - 2

13. kasuri methi - 1 tablespoon

14. amul fresh cream - 2 tablespoon

15. cashew nuts - 10

16. amul butter - 2 big tablespoon

17. refined oil - 2 big tablespoon


Directions.


1. Heat the pan add 1 tablespoon butter and oil

2. Add cinnamon stick ,green cardamom,black pepper,cumin seeds and diced onion,green chilli,bay leaf and cashews and ginger garlic paste saute for 5 min


3. Now add tomatoes n saute for 1 min

4. Now add coriander,red chilli and turmeric powder n saute for 1 min

5. Now add salt nd cook until tomatoes soft.

6. blend the mixture in blender

7. Now  heat the same pan and add remaining butter and oil

8.Now add ginger and and green chillies

9. Now add paneer cubes and saute until light brown or for 2 mins.

10. Now add gravy and mix it well

11. Now add 2 glass water or as required to make a thick gravy


12. Now add cream nd kasuri methi and boil  for 5 mins.
