chilli paneer recipe with no onion,no garlic

How to make delicious chilli paneer with no onion no garlic in just a minutes.
                   

prep.time - 5 mins.
cook time - 15 mins.
serves - 4


Ingredients.

1. paneer - 250 gm
     ( cut into cubes )

2. green capsicum - 4 medium sized
     ( cut into small pieces)

3. cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon

4. turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon

5. red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon or per taste

6. coriander powder - 3/4 tablspoon

7.  garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon

8. salt as per taste

9. oil ( mustard/olive) - 3 big tablespoon

10. chilli flakes - 1/2 tablespoon

                        ( Note - you may use spices of MDH)


Directions.

1. Heat the pan and add oil in it

2. Add cumin seeds n capsicum n saute for 2 mins.

3. Now add turmeric,red chilli,coriander n garam masala powder n mix it well.

4. saute for 3 mins n add paneer cubes n cover the pan with lid 

5. Cook it for 5 mins. or till capsicum become soft n cooked well

6. Now switch off the flame and garnish chilli paneer with coriander leaves n sprinkle chilli flakes..
                      your dish is ready to serve.....
