ladyfinger(bhindi) recipe

How to make bhindi in few minutes

                             

prep.time - 5 mins.
cook time - 10 mins.
serves - 4


Ingredients.

1. ladyfingers( bhindi ) - 250 gm
   ( cut into small pieces )

2. finely chopped onion - 2

3. chopped green chillies - 5

5. turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon

6. red chilli powder - 1/3 tablespoon

7. coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon

8. garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon

9. salt as per taste

10. oil ( mustard ) - 2 big tablespoon

11. lemon juice - 2 tablespoon

Directions.

1. Heat the pan and add oil in it

2. Add chopped onions n saute till golden brown n add chopped green chillies

3. Now add all spices n saute it

4. Now add bhindi n saute for 2 mins.

5. Now cover the pan with a lid n cook for 5 mins. or till bhindi( ladyfingers) cooked well on medium flame

6. when it cooked then add 2 tablespoon lemon juice n mix it well 

7. Now switch off the gas.
       
                    your crispy bhindis r ready to serve with parathas n tadka dahi.....🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
