How to make delicious recipe with curd and gram flour
we prefer kadhi with rice,in every indian homes if name of kadhi comes name of rice(chawal) automatically comes in peoples mind.kadhi chawal is great combo of indian homes food.......
prep.time - 15 mins.
cook time - 30 mins.
serves - 6
Ingredients.
1. Gram flour (besan) - 4 tea cup
2. sour full fat curd - 1/2 kg
3. turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
4. red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
5. aseoftida (hing) - 1 pinch of
6. salt - 1 and 1/2 tablespoon or as to taste
7. curry leaves - 1 stem
8. finely chopped onion -2
9. cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
10. dry red chilli - 1(optional) i skip this but you used while preparing tadka
11. oil(mustard)
Directions for making pakoras
1. Take 3 tea cup gram flour in a big bowl and add salt in it,mix it well then add water to make a thick batter,mix well without lumps
2. Now heat the pan and add oil in it fir deep frying
3. when oil heat up add gram flour batter to make a small balls and fry till golden brown nd pick out.
your pakoras r ready...
Directions for making kadhi
1. Take a big bowl nd add 1 cup gram flour,sour curd and some water to make a thin batter n whisk it without any lumps
2. Now heat the wok(kadai) and add oil in it
3. Add cumin seeds,turmeric powder,aseoftida,red chilli powder n saute for 30 secs.
4. Now add curd batter n continuosly stir till the one boil comes.
5. when one boil comes then stop stirring and leave for cooking on medium flame and add pakoras and salt for atleast fir 25 mins.
6. when it become slightly thick then switch off the flame.
your kadhi is also ready now its time for onion and curry leaves tadka
Directions for tadka
1. Heat the pan and add 1 big tablespoon oil
2. Now add curry leaves n chopped onion and fry till golden brown
3. Now put this in the kadhi...
