easy and tasty moong dal tadka

Make a delicious simple moong dal with some twist

                                 moong dal is rich of protiens,it is good for digestive system,for eyes as we say it is good for health...it become tasty when you serve hot,you serve this dal with roti,chawal....


prep.time - 5 mins.
cook time - 15 mins.
serves - 4


Ingtedients.

1. whole moong dal - 1 and 1/2 tea cup

2. finely chopped onion - 2

3. finely chopped tomato - 2

4. ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

5. cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon

6. turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon

7. red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon or yo taste

8. coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon

9. garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon

10. clarified butter( desi ghee) - 2 big tablespoon

11. coriander leaves for garnish

12. green chillies ( cut into thin long slices) - 4

13. salt - 1 tablespoon or to taste

14. Amul fresh butter - 2 tablespoon



Directions.

1. Take a pressure cooker add 7 tea cup water  and soaked moong dal and 1/2 tablespoon salt n cook till 2 whistles.

2. when dal cooked keep aside.

3. Now take a wok/pan and add clarified butter in it and add cumin seeds nd allow to crakle

4. Now add chopped onion n saute for 1 min and after that add ginger garlic paste and saute until golden brown 

5. Now add chopped tomatoes n sliced green chillies n  saute for 1 min

6. Now add all spice n cook until tomatoes soft

7. Now add cooked dal and mix it well and cook for 5 mins. on medium flame

8. Garnish with coriander leaves 

                           your healthy and tasty moong dal with twist is ready to serve,add some AMUL BUTTER for extra taste in it....
