How to make delicious kadhi for fast(vrat)
kadhi is a very famous dish of besan but today i tell you a recipe of simple kadhi which you eat in your fasts(vrat)...
prep. time -10 mins.
cook time - 15 mins.
serves - 4
Ingredients.
1. Boiled potatoes(crushed with hands) -

2. rajgira flour/kuttu flour - 5 tablespoon
3. thick curd - 250 gm
4. green chillies paste - 1 tablespoon
5. ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
6. curry leaves - 1 stem
7. cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
8. rock salt - 1 tablespoon or as per taste
9. coriander leaves
10. clarified butter( ghee ) - 2 big tablespoon
Directions.
1. Take a bowl and put curd in it nd whisk it till smooth
2. Now add 1 cup water in curd nd add rajgira flour n whisk it without any lumps to make a smooth n thin batter
3. Now heat the wok(kadai) nd add butter in it
4. Now add cumin seeds n sizzle them after then add curry leaves nd ginger green chilli paste n saute for 30 secs.
5. Now add boiled potatoes n saute for 1 min
6. Now add curd batter n stir continuously until one boil comes on medium flame.
7. Now add rock salt n cook for 10 mins. on medium flame
8. Garnish with coriander leaves
your fasting special kadhi is ready to serve,you may enjoy the flavour of this kadhi with kuttu ki poori n green coriander chutney.......
