Making almond( badam ) dessert with lots of sweetness

                       Almonds are highly nutritious and rich in vitamins and minerals. We can use them in so many types, today i tell you healthy and delicious dessert of almond.


prep.time - 15 mins. 
Cook time - 15 mins
Serves - 4


Ingredients. 

1. Almonds ( soaked in water for 2 hours)  - 1 kg

2. Sugar powder - 1 and 1/2 tea cup

3.cordamum powder - 1/2 tablespoon

4. Kesar strands - 1pinch

5. Clarified butter - 3 big tablespoon

6. Milk - 1/2 cup


Directions.

1. peel off the skin of almonds nd grind them in a mixture to make a paste

2. Heat a pan add butter in it 

3. Now add almond paste,milk,cardamoom powder and saute for 4 mins.continuosly

4. Now add kesar strands  and sugar powder and stir continuosly until the almond paste thick and removes butter on sides

5. Garnish with chopped almonds

                        sweet,healthy and tasty almond dessert is ready to serve in any occasion
