How to make sweet n delicious halwa                           mostly i eat this halwa in fast(vrat) but you make to eat anytime,its taste is really awesome and when i think about this dessert my mouth fills with water.                    I think water comes in your mouth also so lets go n make this mouthwatering dessert... prep.time - 5 mins. cook time - 20 mins. serves - 4 Ingredients. 1. Boiled potatoes - 8 medium sized 2. dry fruits( almonds,cashewnuts) - 1 tea cup    ( finely chopped) 3. Desi ghee - 2 tea cup 4. sugar - 1 and 1/2 tea cup Directions. 1. Heat the non-stick pan and add ghee in      it. 2. Add boiled potatoes and sugar. 3. Saute and mashed the potatoes for 15 mins. on medium flame 4. Cooked till it becomes light brown 5. See when that it totally mashed n light brown then switch off the flame  6.   Garnish the halwa with choppe d dry fruits                               your mouthwatering potato halwa is ready to eat...🙂
